The Cashmans of Cork and Northampton, Massachusetts

Cornelius Cashman (1838-1915)

Cornelius Cashman was born in Ballinaglough, County Cork, Ireland on 06 Nov 1 1838.[1]  He died on 21 April 1915 in Florence, Massachusetts. [2] Cornelius married Bridget McGrath on 09 Nov 1865.[3]

Bridget McGrath (c.1839-1924)

Bridget McGrath was born in County Cork circa 1839.[4] She died on 21 Nov 1924 in Florence, Massachusetts.[5] She married Cornelius Cashman on 9 Nov 1865.[6]

Cornelius and Bridget had six children:

1. Ellen (Cashman) Holleran  (1866-1925)

Ellen Catherine Cashman was born in Conna, Cork, Ireland on 30 August 1866.[7] Ellen died on 14 March 1925.[8] She married Edward J. Holloran of Norwich, Connecticut on 4 November 1890 in Northampton, Massachusetts.[9]

2. Julia (Cashman) Foran (1870-1961)

Julia Cashman was born in Ballyluskey, County Cork on 6 November 1870.[10] Julia died on 24 February 1961 at her residence on Park Street in Florence, Massachusetts.[11] She married John Foran on 24 April 1907 at the Church of the Annunciation in Florence, Massachusetts.[12]

 3. Mary Ann (Cashman) Clark (c. 1868-1955)

Mary Ann was born c. 1868.[13] There is no official birth record for her. She died on 15 March 1955 in Ashfield, Massachusetts. [14] Mary Ann married James Michael Clark of (Main Street/Riverside Drive) Bay State Village on 26 February 1895 in Northampton.[15]

 4. Margaret Louise (Cashman) Wheeler Miller (1873-1932)

Margaret/Maud was born 22 June 1873 in the district of Castlelyons, County Cork.[16] She died 14 January 1932.[17] She first married James W. Wheeler on 27 June 1899 in Winsted, Connecticut.[18] He died on 23 March 1907 in Winchester, Connecticut of heart disease.[19] On 24 November 1913, she married John J. Miller in Rochester, New York.[20]

 5. Daniel Benedict Cashman (1875-1956)

Daniel Benedict Cashman was born in Rathcormac, County Cork on 11 July 1875.[21] He died in Portland, Connecticut on 13 May 1956.[22] Daniel married Margaret Clifford on 20 October 1903 in New Britain, Connecticut.[23]

 6. Roger Cashman (1877-1955)

Roger Cashman was born in Rathcormac, County Cork on 16 July 1877.[24] Roger died on 10 March 1955 in Reno, Nevada.[25]
